NYSC Intern – HR, Business Administration, or Marketing

Key Responsibilities:
For HR Intern:
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Support HR administrative tasks such as payroll processing and benefits administration
- Help coordinate training and development programs
- Maintain employee records and assist with HR compliance
For Business Administration Intern:
- Support daily business operations and office management
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and analysis
- Work with different departments to improve organizational efficiency
- Participate in process improvements and business strategy discussions
For Marketing Intern:
- Assist in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing campaigns
- Support brand awareness activities, event planning, and promotions
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Help maintain marketing databases and CRM tools
Qualifications:
1. Education:
- Must be a current NYSC Corps Member serving or about to start service
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
2. Experience:
- No prior work experience required, but previous internship or project experience is a plus
3. Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and in a team
