NYSC Intern – HR, Business Administration, or Marketing

Job Summary:

Are you a currently serving NYSC Corps Member eager to gain hands-on experience and kick-start your career? We are looking for motivated, innovative, and passionate individuals to join our team in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Marketing. This internship provides a unique opportunity to develop professional skills, contribute to meaningful projects, and gain valuable industry experience in a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

For HR Intern:

  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
  • Support HR administrative tasks such as payroll processing and benefits administration
  • Help coordinate training and development programs
  • Maintain employee records and assist with HR compliance

For Business Administration Intern:

  • Support daily business operations and office management
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and analysis
  • Work with different departments to improve organizational efficiency
  • Participate in process improvements and business strategy discussions

For Marketing Intern:

  • Assist in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing campaigns
  • Support brand awareness activities, event planning, and promotions
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Help maintain marketing databases and CRM tools

Qualifications:

1. Education:

  • Must be a current NYSC Corps Member serving or about to start service
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

2. Experience:

  • No prior work experience required, but previous internship or project experience is a plus

3. Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
