Responsibilities
- Manage calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle email, phone calls, and mail management.
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences.
- Develop and implement administrative processes.
- Manage records, files, and databases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare and disseminate information to relevant parties.
- Coordinate special events, projects, and initiatives.
- Manage budgets and financial reports.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Make informed decisions on behalf of the MD/CEO.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and other productivity tools
- Strong problem-solving, discretion, and confidentiality
