• I bridge the gap between stakeholders, third-party suppliers, operational requirements, and the tech/dev teams by managing product requirements from inception to delivery, including testing, aesthetics, evaluation, and validation. • I lead the continuous development of the product, collaborating with all company stakeholders. • Conduct market research and develop product viability plans. • Track product development and timelines. • Assess user feedback and spearhead initiatives for product adjustments to enhance user base and overall satisfaction. • Conduct training sessions and product demos. • Assist in developing new products and continuously upgrading them to improve customer satisfaction and increase profitability. • Manage the product backlog and development roadmap. • Oversee release and change management. • Reproduce bugs and coordinate with developers to resolve them. • Compile release notes and develop training manuals for internal and external business users. • Effectively manage the product lifecycle.
